Iranian Ambassador Meets Nigeria’s New Chief of Protocol

H.E. Mr. Gholamreza Mahdavi Raja Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Nigeria met with Ambassador Babagana Wakil the newly appointed Chief of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria at the beginning of his new assignment.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and discussed ways to further strengthen communication and cooperation. H.E. Ambassador Mahdavi Raja expressed his readiness to maintain direct, constructive and effective engagement with the Chief of Protocol and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with a view to facilitating future interactions and contributing to the further strengthening of the friendly relations between Iran and Nigeria.
