بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم يا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُولِي الْأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran while paying tribute to the martyred Leader of the Islamic Revolution and to a number of our valiant commanders and beloved compatriots who were martyred during the brutal aggression by the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran over the past eleven days congratulates His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei on his worthy selection as the third Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution. This selection was carried out in accordance with the principles of the Constitution and based on the decision of the Assembly of Experts for Leadership. The Ministry extends its congratulations to His Eminence and to the great people of Iran.
